In television, the showrunner is often credited as an executive producer even though their function includes much more, including responsibility for all day-to-day operations and creative decisions on a series, combined with the duties of head-writer, script editor, and sometimes more.

Join us for an evening with Clyde Phillips, who was previously at the helm on the hit series Dexter – and now leads the team that produces Nurse Jackie.  Mr. Phillips has received several Emmy nominations and is the winner of a Peabody Award and an AFI Award for Outstanding Series. Find out what it takes to run the show!
